Hello SysAiders, if anyone had some problems with SysAid agent and server 2008 please note-
that we are currently working on new agent version which will have better support for server 2008.
This should be available in the next few weeks.
If you want to be notified when the new version will be released please reply to this post.

Hello AtomicDon.
Our development team is currently working on making the agent compatible with windows 7, this will be released before the official release of the new OS, but at the moment, we do not have an accurate ETA.
When it will be released, i will announce it in the community.

Just release the BETA is now available for Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 at the following URL
Agent Install: http://www.ilient.com/down/SysAidAgent.exe
Administrator Tools: http://www.ilient.com/down/SysAidTools.exe
Agent Upgrade: http://www.ilient.com/down/SysAidAgentUpdate.exe
MSI package for group policy: http://www.ilient.com/down/SysAidAgent.msi
We would love to receive any feedback you have on the new version of the agent.

yes, This is the version of the beta agent, after we will finish all tests and adjusting, it will be released as a part of version 6.
