I have been looking for the full installation file for the newest version of SysAid but I have only been able to find the update patch. I have been having problems with our current SysAid installation and am looking to do a fresh install on a new server.

if there's a URL in your reply, i wonder why you don't provide this link simply for ALL customers (at least those with a valid contract).
if not, why pm.... so sad for IT pro's to "run after" a software they already spent money for...

Links to our full installations are usually provided by email to the purchasing customers, and upgrades are available on our website. If I understand correctly, you would like to see full installation links (with account verification of course) in public as well?

I'm sure I'm overlooking something that should be really easy to find. Where is the link for the 17.2 RC? I had previously downloaded the Beta version, but need to get the RC now. Thanks.

We are building a new server as well. I have downloaded the summer 17 beta version but it is an upgrade and not the full version. Can you help me out please?

I was mistaken when I said we had the Summer 17 Beta version. I actually downloaded the Spring 17 upgrade version. We would not be opposed to installing the Summer 17 Beta version but I do not have a link for that. So what I am looking for is either the full version of Spring 17 or Summer 17 Beta.
