Hi,

Is there any possibility to setup the frequency (every x minutes) of the POP3 checking ?

Thank you for contacting SysAid CSS forum

Currently the server is checking POP# up to 10 minutes , so there is no possibility to setup the frequency to check mails every cretin minuets.

Hey guys.

I'm running Exchange 2007 and pop3 and imap is enabled.

But no luck with pop3 intergration.

I have tried every combination with no luck.

In exchange 2007, POP3 requires using an encrypted password by default.
Currently SysAid send the password using plain text.
Please configure the SysAid mailbox to accept plain text passwords and this should resolve the issue.

If you are still having problems, please open a service request by sending us an email to helpdesk@ilient.com and we will investigate why the emails are not being imported.
