When I choose to display List view in descending order by status, click on any SR and then return to list view, the display is always sorted in ascending order. Anyone else experience this problem since the new version of SysAid, or possibly have a fix?

I think if you want it permanent you need to use filter. Or better yet create a new view.

SysAid save your last list configuration and should not change it you change it
Can you please tell us which version of SysAid are you encountering this issue?
I was not able to re-produce this issue with 5.6.03.

I'm using 5.6.03, but this problem was discovered by another administrator here and as I try and remember, it may be a google chrome issue. I will investigate and get back to you in a little while (lots of ice and snow here right now, so things are a bit crazy).

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue with 5.6.03 even with google chrome.
If you can reproduce this issue, we can do a remote to investigate why it's happening.
