Hello SysAiders.

This morning we received a link from one of our German SysAiders to an article regarding SysAid.

For you who doesn't speak German, here is a quick translation we received from a colleague:

SysAid – the Fairy for IT Department



They have only tried the free version. So this is why they are saying that some good functionalities are not included.

Download and installation are very fast and easy. The first login and few for the admin is also nice.



LDAP integration is working very good, remote control is also nice. All reports are fine. The monitoring trial worked perfect.



They told to the reader: We are not avid, but try it in your own environment!
