I have just re-installed Sysaid 5.6 on a fresh server.

When I first was setting it up I noticed that 6 of 9 admins were disabled. I could enable all but 1.

We are licensed for 10 admins and only using 9. Now I also cannot enable/disable any other admins.

Any ideas what is happening?

Are you including your "super admin" that you install the program with?

Thanks,

Hello dpfalk,

If you are trying to enable an administrator from the user list, and it does not being enabled, please go into that user's settings by clicking on the user's name in the user list and change the "disabled" field to "no".
If you don't have a "disabled" field in this from, please click on "design form" (blue wheel icon) and move the "disabled" field from the "available fields" list to the "visible fields" list.

Best regards.

I had a user that I wanted to make an admin. I didn't realize it, but he was a disabled user. I made him an admin. Edited the admin and user "design form" (blue wheel icon) to show the disabled field, but the user was already an admin and I needed to change the disabled user field. I could not find him in the user section and could not demote him it seemed. I deleted the admin and went to refresh LDAP to get the user back. He is not there and doesn't seem to want to come back with multiple LDAP refreshes. How do I get him back as a user?

He is not in the sysaid_user table in the database. Have not gone over licensed users number.
