Hello All! I first want to introduce my self and my firm briefly then pass to the message i want to say;

Staff: 3 Technical (MCSE,MCP,CCNA,CWNA,CWSP), 1 Sales, 1 Web, 1 Software Eng. (TOTAL:6)
Main Business: Give support to small business firms about computer and technology related businesses. We are outsourcing small business companies in computer service, software developments, network inf. support. We get paid monthly and support all of their computer infrastructure. They call,mail,fax us and we remotely connect (mostly) and solve their problems about windows, printer, program usage, internet related problems.
Service Desk Program we use is Sysaid 5.5.03 (with SQL DB) but most menus customized for our business.
Accounting program we use in MS Office Accounting 2008 GB Edition
Mostly support Windows based systems (some macintosh) but not any unix/linux based system
Using MS Business Contact Manager (also integrated with Office Accounting) for CRM relations

I want to meet with people/firms outside my country to share ideas how do they overcome problems, what softwares they use, how do they use sysaid, what are the fees they get for each computer/firm and much more. I want to learn these cause maybe some things solved here in country has not been solved in your country or vice versa.
