Mostly Google Chrome, except where KB is involved. End-users IE6 or IE7.

We are working to improve SysAid support in the following browsers: IE 7, IE 8, FF 2, FF 3 and chrome.
You can expect in our nearest release (5.6 beta) some improvement in all of them and mainly in the newer browser's releases.
We will appreciate any GUI bug report when this release will be released.
Regarding the difference between IE and FF , the width of the columns in the HelpDesk list is been calculated by the browser according to the given width of the browser and the total width of the columns that your selected view display. FF and IE are doing this calculation differently. We can force the width of each column but we will lose flexibility.

I've been using IE 8 and had no real problems. Only real bug is the fact that if it is in a screen that has been restored down the maximised it sometimes doesn't line up, and occasionally the menu button stops working, apart from that no troubloe at all!

I did feedback that you fixed the end user knowledgebase but not the administrator one here:- http://www.ilient.com/Sysforums/posts/list/992.page#4475
but sadly no fix yet.
If you have already solved it in the end user one, why can't this fix be applied in the administrator one? To my knowledge this is the only major problem I have found in chrome which I uses for sysaid all the time, but it is a pain having to go back to IE just to use the knowledgebase.
Any chance of patch please?

Version 5.6.10 adds a new bug to google chrome, now when you select an option on the left hand menu the background turns white instead of green, this does not happen though if you select the first item in the menu.
Has the stylesheet changed in some way?

We could not reproduce this issue with chrome, which version of chrome are you using?
Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I was notified because I reported the issue with the enabling of third level categories and was asked to test the fix in this version, I don't think it is exactly on "General Public Release" yet.
I am sure Haim/Sarah or Oded will formally announce it in a post here when it is on General Release for download, but I can say that the fix in it does work.

*cough* FAVOURITISM *cough*
to which the only reply could be jealousy, I know, but still!
While we are on the subject of versions, have we any idea when the next major update will be?

I can assure you there is no favouritism going on here, it is their usual policy to contact the people who have reported the fault to test the fix first. I have complained in the past about fixes being released for issues that I have raised and not being notified of the fix, so this is a welcome improvement.
