Known issue.
This is happening, since you are using customized HTML files from an older version so the new buttons are not showing.
To show them, please go to preferences > customize > appearance.
In the "HTML Files Location" field you have the path to the HTML folder.
Please go to that folder and delete all the files that you did not customized (so only the files that you customized will be in this folder).
After deleting the files, please click on "reload templates" icon and save the changes.

Thanks for the reply Haim...
To bad I just noticed this reply. This morning I did a complete reinstallation of Sysaid.
And now it works, even the HTML in E-mail works now.
Anyway it works and that counts. 
But again, the sysaid support is great. Although the sr is a bit slow, it can take some time before I got a reply from ilient.

Rene, we answer most SR's within 24 hours.
Since we just had a new version released, we have an escalation in the amount of service requests so it could take a day or two more, but i'm sure that until next week we will get back to normal response time.

I had the same issue initially, then I realized that for the CMDB module to be activated you have to request for separate trail license valid for a month have it installed in the specified location on the sysaid server and then restart the application...
SysAid folk any ideas how much are you going to charge for the CMDB module?

Had the same problem. After you've copied the temporary license, restart the SysAid Server service. (Control Panel, Services)
