Has anyone in the community got this working in a multidomain environment ie using a domain\username format for the username?
We have the exact same issue too. We are set up in a multidomain where we would have to type domain\username. We have upgraded with 7.0.05 and app 1.1, still no luck.

No SSO not working for us, but as per my earlier post we have a multi domain environment and prefix the logon with domain\username.
Sysaid, can you confirm this configuration is supported and has been properly tested before i spend any more time trying to get it to work?!

Hi guys,
Regarding the SSO, what I meant was that you can login while SSO is implemented in your environment.
Can you please confirm it's working?

We have single sign-on enabled, in an AD forest with multiple domains. Normal SSO works fine on a desktop, but not on the iphone. Can you confirm the iphone app has been tested in a multi-domain environment?

Ok, so we have now tested this by disabling SSO and we are still unable to logon.
Therefore as far as we are concerned the Sysaid IPhone app does NOT support a multi domain environment.
Please can you respond to some of the posts on this and confirm if this is indeed the case or let me know if can do any further testing to get this resolved.
Thanks

Yes we have tried this.
Can you confirm that you (Sysaid) have tried this??
i only ask as for some reason everyone i ask at sysaid seems to dodge the question and we would really like to start using this (All our service delivery managers have been equiped with Iphones now, but the app does not seem to work for us!)

It seems that it is official that this does not work on a multi domain environment. Any updates on this?
