Hi,
I have an android (1.5) based tablet device here that hasn't any access to the Google Appstore. Is there any way that somebody points out a download link for the APK File, because I think I can never access the store with this device. I use it mainly for SysAid (attached barcodereader to the tablet and now running around with these two devices checking my network assets.
Hope someone can provide that app...

Please allow in your android tablet install from unknow sources Settings > Applications > Allow unknow sources and download this link to your android tablet
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14402643/SysAid.apk
Then install by doubletaping from your droid.

Hi Mucho,
thanks a lot, the download worked and I got the App installed. But now I cannot logon my server. I'm a bit puzzled but what details for SERVER do I need to enter? I entered the normal URL all our Agents are using (like http://<servername>:8080) but that didn't work.
EDIT:
ok, I just rebooted the device, now it is working. Fine little app, less "flashy" than the website. This can really speed up my asset management...
Thanks for your support.
I only wish, that Ilient would provide the APK directly for all those "non Google compliant" devices.

First you Sysaid server must be version 7 and newer.
So i reccomend you to connect to demo page which account information is predefined after instalation, if that works ok then search problem in you server settings parameter.
If that dont work for demo server is problem with application and compatibility with Droid 1.5.

Any progress on the Android app? Seems like forever since an update was released. Still force closes on launch about half the time on my Droid X (Gingerbread). Doesn't scale on my tablet (Asus Transformer; Honeycomb 3.1).

I'm just starting to try out the Android App.
Has anyone else had difficulty getting tickets to update? I can add text but it never updates.
