which feature is no longer functioning ? do you mean the change my password option in "my profile" of the forum? If you do, then where are we supposed to change our password?

I am still having this problem even now with the changes to css, If i use the forgotten password option and reset the password, I can log in to css, but as soon as I change my password in the My profile section of the forums, I can no longer log in to css.
I have checked the case I am using for the username, and it is exactly as shown in the system.

Can we arrange a remote control sometime to get to the bottom of this?

If you change the password in the community setting, you also change the helpdesk login to the same password.
Please try to login to our helpdesk with the password you configured for your account in the community.

Hi
I am using the new 8.0 version, forgot password is not working. It send a random password but the system doesn't accept the new password. It still accepting old password.

Since 2008 did you manage to resolve this

This is a known issue in our current version (bug #8633 ) It is planed to be fixed on our future release 8.1
