Hi Oded, Novell has a utility called 'iManager' used to manage, for example, eDirectory (like Actice Directory). In it, it remembers the last few objects you selected and by clicking an icon next to the field, it pops up those few objects.
See the attached screen shot. In it, I have to select a group, I could type in the group name, call up the search dialog box (the lens) or click on the 'History' icon (highlighted with a red box around it) and pops up the last few groups I went into. It remembers it across sessions which is pretty neat.
I would love to have SysAid do something similar for repetitive selections. For example, today I've set the user's manager for a bunch of users. For everyone of them, I had to open up the list, search to the manager and select it. This 'history' pop up would have made my life easier.
Anyway, just a suggestion since you brought up the subject
