Hi,

I am new to SysAid and am compiling the knowledgebase. I am in the process of transferring information by copying and pasting.

How do I add in an image or printscreen withough using the URL option?

In V6 you will be able to attach files so I advise to wait a bit

It would be grate to be able to add screen shots to items in your knowledge base. Does anyone have any good stradegies for doing this?

I kind of understand the html side, but I want to make it easy to setup. Attachments will work for now, but I'm interested if anyone has anything unique that they do to work around this.

Currently SysAid Knowledge base support adding files.
If you want to add screenshots please check if it's not in the Feature Request forum and if not you can open this feature.
