It would be grate to be able to add screen shots to items in your knowledge base. Does anyone have any good stradegies for doing this?
I kind of understand the html side, but I want to make it easy to setup. Attachments will work for now, but I'm interested if anyone has anything unique that they do to work around this.
Currently SysAid Knowledge base support adding files.
