I'm not sure that a popularity contest is appropriate, the entire SysAid staff is working hard to make the best software and provide the best support for it.
And you know what? I think you're all doing a great job.
After being with SysAid for a couple of years now the progress of the entire application that has been achieved up to now is great. It was pretty obvious that the work load was pretty heavy in the vicinity of the first 5.x release, but besides that the responsiveness of the team has always been excellent.
