I am new to Sysaid and was wondering how I can modify the download.jsp among other things.
I cannot seem to find the file on my system.

I want to add instructions and remove the .exe and leave the MSI only.

Hello jman,

You can do this change in the translation file, here are the instructions on how to use the translation file:

Please go to “Preferences” > “Customize”, “Translate” tab.
Download the translation file and open it with any text editing software.
(Make sure you backup this file before you change it)
Change the values that you want and save the file (make sure you save it as UTF-8 encoding).
Go to “Preferences” > “Customize”, “Translate” tab and upload the file you have just edited.

Now, inside the file find the "#download.jsp" section and change it accordingly, for example I have added here a change that you can perform:
