Afternoon, all

Just a quick one really but is it possible to change the icons used on the end user portal?

The marketing group have asked that we put our logo on the top (which we're doing now) and change the icons from green to the company's blue. Am I right in presuming that it can be done through just changing the icons?

Hey Tim.

The icons can be changed easily by editing the HTML files of the end user portal.

You have the basic instructions on how to customize the HTML files in SysAid at www.ilient.com/customize.htm

After following the basic steps described in the link, you can edit the user-end-portal.htm and there you can look for the icons and simply change the path to your own icons.
