After upgrading to 6.0.04 this morning, i can no longer click into tickets. on the helpdesk screen, i can see the data of the tickets in the list, but cannot modify tickets. i can create new tickets using the new sr link on the left. i have restarted the sysaid service, SQL, and ISS and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hey c.krebs,
Welcome to the SysAid community.

We just finished a remote control session together and found that the issue has happened because of insufficient privileges to the database user.

After giving the user all the required permissions in the database, the issue was resolved.
