I want to do a Active tickets Unassigned in the Managment Portal. All the tickets entering the Helpdesk are assigned to none but in the expression filter I can not filter by the word none. How can I accomplish this?
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on this one. I want a gauge to show all unassigned tickets. It would be awsome as a headsup for managers/admins. Just not sure how to filter on the word "none". Thanks
There is no current option to filter only requests which are not assigned, This is a good suggestion so i'll forward it to the feature request forum.
Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can use the expression builder by filtering out all the assigned administrators, meaning that the filter you can create is "assigned to" is not admin1 and admin2 and admin3.
