Update Contact Information on end User Portal  XML

It would be a great convenience if we could have a spot on the end user portal to update contact information. I am making custom emails to users when a service ticket is open and it would be cool to send them to a link were they could update there contact information

There is actually this kind of a feature.

To enable it, please go to preferences > end user portal.
Check the "Enable End User to change settings".

This will add a new icon to the end user portal with the option to update their contact details.

Since this is not a feature request, i'm moving it to the appropriate forum

So I have that setting checked but I dont see anything different on the portal. Am I missing something?

That's because you are an administrator and not an end user.

If you will login to the end user portal as an end user, you will see the new settings link.
