Hey, guys I have edited the login.html to my fingers bleed. Did the reload templete and save. It still doesnt how. I am editing the login.html in \SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\html and also tryed the one in \SysAidServer\root\

Any help would be great!

Hello!

Are you using the free edition of SysAid by any chance?
In the free edition of SysAid, you are only able to customize the submit service request page.
All other pages in the end user portal (including the login page) are not customizable.

If you are using the full edition of SysAid, please follow the instructions at www.ilient.com/customize.htm for detailed instructions on the steps needed to edit the HTML files.

Its the full edition. I have tried inserting the code in both login.html files and nothing shows. I was more asking for help with the html coding

You stated that you reloaded the templates. But did you place the edited file in a separate folder and referenced that folder in Preferences>Customize>Appearance :: HTML Files Location?

Usually the procedure is as follows:
-copy the file you want to edit from ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\html
-paste it in a separate directory (e.g. c:\cust_html)
-edit the file and save the changes
-go to Preferences>Customize>Appearance
-enter the path to your folder (e.g. c:\cust_html) in "HTML Files Location"
-click "Save"
-click "Reload Templates"

Also the file you need to edit is named login.htm not .html in the current version (6.0.04)
