How do I get Forwarded Additional Emails to an already created Service Request  XML

Is there a way to forward additional emails to one service request that is already opened.

Right now after using the original email to open the service request our users have to then copy the additional email correspondence and past it into the service request.

If they forward it in it creates a whole new SR.

I don't know if CSS is different as far as this goes but in regular SysAid you can forward it to the helpdesk e-mail with #1000 in the subject and it will put it in ticket #1000.
