Hello,

I was playing with Escalation Rules today, and noticed the 2 icons that are in the right of each rule are "broken".

When I view the image, it is listing the following for the path:

http://<my path>/icons%5Cicon_arrow_up.gif

The actual path that appears in my Firefox tab is

icons\icon_arrow_up.gif

We have migrated SysAid to a Linux box, and it appears that the "/" is being changed to a "\", either in a CSS, an HTML, or perhaps even hard-coded into the SysAid package.

This appears to be the only place where the icons don't work (both the up & down arrow).

Any help is appreciated.

There are 2 screenshots -- the first shows the missing icons. The second shows what is displayed when right-clicking on one of the icons (in Firefox) & choosing "View Image".

The icons themselves are in the proper folder -- its the URL that is getting messed-up.
