Hello SysAid Community,

I was wondering if there was a way that I could retrieve the manufacturer's date or the purchase date from Asset Management or any other part of the Help Desk for each computer with the agent installed. Please let me know if I need a certain version of the agent to install on all of the computers.

Hello Gunther International IT

Although this information cannot be imported automatically from the asset (since the information simply doesn't exist on the machines), you have the "purchase date" field which you can fill in manually for each asset. after filling the information, you will be able to see it in various reports and in the asset list.
