Hello everyone.

We have found an issue in version 6 that on some of the machines you install the agent on, a user will be created automatically with that asset's user name.
If you are having this issue, please go to preferences > end user portal and remove the checkbox "When a Service Request is submitted from an asset, automatically create a user account..."

This issue will be resolved in a future SysAid patch, as this is not the original intention of this checkbox.
