(I added this to the new feature requests but I thought maybe it get noticed here)

As our knowledge base grows we are finding it very useful to use.

Our issue is when going to this window, the treeview is always OPEN, instead of collapsed?

If we want people to "drill" into previously resolved issues, they usually collapse the treeview first to make the topics easier to read/select. Is there a way to have the treeview initially open as collapse?

I did a search and this question was asked before... it's also a FR in the other forum (http://www.ilient.com/Sysforums/posts/list/124.page) however it has not been updated for a while.

This shouldn't even need to be voted on. Having the tree fully expanded makes it very difficult to navigate because it looks so cluttered. Look at every other major knowledgebase, they open collapsed. Put an option in so the end user can make the decision.

Anything new on this? Any workaround yet? We really need this view to be collapsed by default. Otherwise our end users will never look through it.

Collapsed should be the default. It is backwards as is.

I vote collapsed by default!
