Hey Confi,
1. What exactly are you looking for, what kind of integration?
In SysAid we use CSV file to import and export data to other software's. It's a global standard so you can easily integrate it with other software.
2. You can read about the Database structure and more on our guides here:
http://www.ilient.com/contact_support.htm
Database guide is #9
Best regrades,
Itay

Hi All, after several upgrades and deployments by many IT staff, our users' desktops have a plethora of icons for Sysaid. Is there a script I can include in deployment of 7.5.03 Pro Plus Edition that will delete the old icons using the elevated permissions that the deployment account has? I've tried a logon batch file but if the user doesn't have local admin privilege on the machine the old icons remain, hence the idea that the deploy account could remove unwanted icons while writing new lnk to %allusersprofile%\desktop. JHicks vbs idea works but not reliably. Thanks, Tom
