Any news on this one. We have installed the latest version 7.5.0.5 and this is still not working. Should it now work?

multi domains can use two \\ instead of one to get on. However the filters for filtering tickets by user doesn't work, so iif you don't know the ticket number, you'll be doing some scrolling

ok thanks. i ahve managed to login but all i get is the sysaid logo / black bar along the top and the five icons along the bottom. There is no content shown. Any ideas?
