I am experiencing the same issue on my side now. Older versions of the deploy tool work fine but 7.0.05 and 7.0.06L fail to install. Both the newer versions fail with no remote registry access error. Remote registry is running on all machines and firewall is off. Also have tried specifying credentials in the app as suggested before with no success.
