Its known problem that if you haven't connected the local SysAid to the community you will not able to download all files. (It should just not let you to use the automatic import feature).
We will fix that soon.
Simple and fast workaround until we will fix it:
1. Go to "My Profile" link.
2. Set the value of "Local SysAid Server URL:" to your local address to your SysAid server . e.g. http://sysaid:8080" and click "Submit"
Better workaround (requires SysAid 5.5):
1. Login to your local SysAid.
2. Go to Preferences -> My Community Settings and set your user name for the community.
3. This will allow you also to automatic export / import settings from your local SysAid.
