Hi

We have a sysaid server setup and running over SSL working as should, we had to upgrade tomcat to version 6 to fix a few issues with sysaid and SSL.

The problem I have is using SysAid Remote Discovery Service the sysaid server cannot see the SysAid Remote Discovery Service server even in the same network. All I get is java SSL errors in the log file.

Hi Copenhague,

Welcome to our SysAid community.

There is a work around for this issue. You will need to import the SSL key to Java in the computer you have the discovery service installed on.
