Hi,

When I press F11 to open the self service portal, I get two windows/pages! Any idea why this happens?

Is the F11 key not conflicting with the hot key from other software on your system??

Change the SysAid hotkey to something else and give it another go. Maybe Ctrl+Alt+H

Hi mph,

Is it happening in all your OS or just in Windows 7?

Did replacing the hot key helped?

We are having the same problem, the F11 key does not work on any of our Windows 7 machines. We don't want to change the hot key because it is advertised in all our support documentation. This is a big problem for us since we are upgrading to Windows 7 on all of our machines.

Please Help!
