This measurement calculates the percent of Service Requests that were opened during the period via the automatic e-mail integration process vs. the total number of Service Requests that were opened during the period.
Did you use the Email integration functionality in SysAid that converts incoming emails to Service Requests ? if so, what percentage of your Service Requests originate from incoming emails automatically ?
Did you check where you stand compared to the World wide statistics among SysAiders ? make sure to access the IT Benchmark menu and click on this measurement
