Dear support,
I added a field on service desk page to show the total time used on each SR i.e Time to repair. as seen in the screen shot but that field is not giving me the true time applied on each SR.
as in the attached print in SR#1011 the repair time is 09:29 hr even it is requested at 1/6/2010 3:24 and closed at 1/6/2010 4:13 means 50 mins consumed but the data showing time figure is wrong .
please tell me that which procedure is called at backend of time to repair column , or if there is another option to add a column that shows the total repair or respond time of service requests.
please anyone who knows the solution help me in this regards

Time to Repair is calculated based on the status of the SR. (Default is while not closed or verified closed)
Time to respond is the time the SR is in New Status (Default)
You can create your own timer in Preferences>Helpdesk Settings>Timers, which can calculate "Time to Fix" according to your specifications or you can modify the existing timers.

By default, the expression used for "Time to Repair" is the following:
And
Statement - Status - is not - Closed
Statement - Status - is not - Verified Closed
Statement - Status - is not - Deleted
Of course, this expression may be changed depending on your particular statuses.
