So, here's the deal... I'll be staying couple more nights after the conference and obviously I cannot attend all the great night clubs in Vegas.
I need recommendations! Anyone knows a really good night club there? I'll mainly looking at mainstream music genre (pop, hip hop, dance) or a bit off-mainstream (trance, house)...

If you go to the Palms hotel (www.palms.com) they have a night club called Ghostbar that you can look out onto the city... The Palms is not right on the strip but just down the block. It's a great time. If you order bottle service you can usually get an usher to take you up to the top and skip the long waiting line--once you're done at the bar drop down to Rain nightclub... Paul Oakenfold (if you're into dance music) does his Perfecto (www.perfectovegas.com) show at Rain Nightclub  expect to drop at least a couple hundred but it's definitely a great time!
