Hi,

When an end user submits a service request in our Sysaid they get the message:

Your Service Request has been received .
A solution is due by 22/02/10 09:33.
The ID of your Service Request is xxxx.

We do not want the line "A solution is due by 22/02/10 09:33.". How can we turn this off?

You should be able to remove it from the Customized Notifications.

Go to Preferences -> Customize -> Customized Notifications and then select the 'Email body to end user regarding an SR'. Delete the due date part of the email and then save.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The issue is actually not on the email notification, but on the message displayed in the End User Portal when they submit a sr themselves. See attached.

To change this you will need to edit the thank-you.htm page.

I assume you are aware of how to edit the HTML pages (if not please post back and I can tell you the steps to follow).

You will need to remove the following from the thank-you.htm page:
