I am having trouble setting a new logo. I have a .jpg that is 240x63, I have tried putting it in a shared network directory, under root of the hosting server and in the sysaid folder under program files. Each one of these has resulted in an error message telling me the "main logo file can not be found" I have tried entering the path multiple way such as "\\servername\C:\Program Files\SysAid\help.jpg" or just
C:\Program Files\SysAid\help.jpg etc. any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
Thanks,
Bill

I think that if you want to reference a local file you have to put it in the root file loose and then simply put the name of the file in the Main Logo URL field. If the image you are using is on the web then you can enter the web address here.

Justin & Bill_S,
Justin you are correct.
Bill, please copy the logo file into the ...\SysAidServer\root folder. Then capture the name in the Main Logo URL field e.g. logo.jpg.
That should do it for you

Morning/afternoon/evening* all.
Another newbie question coming up.
Can the whole aesthetic be rebranded under personal preferences?

thanks for your help Brian.
I placed the image in SysaidServer\root as a .jpg having the maximum size of 240 X 63 (I also tried smaller sizes) and inserted just the image name. The image is found (because if the image would not have been found Sysaid prompts you and tells you the main logo file cannot be found) but an "X" is displayed as if there was a broken link.
Do I have to make any additional configuration?
-Nevermind...the image wasn't being recognized because I converted it to a jpg incorrectly. Done. Thanks -

@mikeybt - Yes it can. The system is fully customisable via the HTML files, although not recommended by SysAid. To completely rebrand the site would be a massive job, and you have to be very careful not to affect the running of the application.
