Is there a way to switch a Time Zone across all SysAid logins, or is it strictly user based? With the resent Time switch all of our users on SysAid are 1 hour behind. I know how to manually change it - I just was wondering if there was a switch, or option somewhere that changed it across the board.

Did you changed the Time Zone in Account Default?
I wasn't sure if that what you where talking about.

It is my fault for completely forgetting about the Account Defaults area.

That fixed my issue.

I changed my account defaults to EST5EDT in account defaults and it did not change the other admin`s accounts. Any way to do it in the database?

Hi hdc1234hdc,

After an admin make any change in his "My settings" the account default want make any affect on him
