How to change log level from remote machine?
I believe that I should be able to do this from the reg key but can not find the details of what to set it to.

Hi UserInterface,

Which log level would you like to edit?
If it's the log level of the Agent, change this key to 3 instead of 0:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ilient\Agent\LogLevel
If you want to change the log level of SysAid Server log you need to do it on the ServerConf.xml, conect to \\ServerName\C$
then edit: ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\serverConf.xml
and change to <sysaidLogLevel>debug</sysaidLogLevel>

Thanks, would you believe that I tried 1 and 2, but not 3!!
