computer freezes after deploying Sysaid client  XML

Hello.

we are ussing Sysaid as our helpdesksystem and are verry happy with the program.
it saves us a lot of work.
we also use the inventory tool the make a inventory of all the hard and software in our network.
this works fine on all our computers but we have a couple off Dell workstations type Precision WorkStation 670 these computers have a scsi disk and a adaptec controller.
once the client is deployed to these computers the computer freezes for about 10 minutes and then resume working but every time the computer starts up they freez again also when sysaid runs a inventory the computer freezes. in the log file i get a a320 scsi error.
is there sombody who has seen this problem before and knows the solution for this.

Hello Edwin!
Welcome to the SysAid community.

The problem is related to an older version of the agent.
Please install agent version 5 and above on those workstation to resolve this issue.

Haim.

i have just checked the agent version on the machines and we are using the following versions.

sysaid server 5.1.0.8
sysaide agend 5.1.0.1

so we are already using version 5x
and we stil heve this problem.
any other sugestions ?

what i have tried so far.

different agents.
different Scsi drivers on the computers.
new bios software on the computers.
new firmware on the scsi contollers.
clean windows install.

on the same computer with a ide harddisk we don't have this problem only on the one's that have a scsi harddisk.
and it is not only on one computer but on the whole serie's. dell 670 with scsi disk.

on other type computers dell 690 and compaq servers with scsi disk we don't have this problem.
it drives me crasy.
somebody have any idea.
