My users that are supervisors are able to see the tickets and add note, close , ect. but, there is nothing in the requested user feild, I was wondering if anyone knows a setting that could show this info as many of my supervisors have to open many ticket to find the one there looking for. And it would be much easier if the just saw the submitted users name.

Hello Paul.

Can you please go to helpdesk > list, look for this service request in the list and see if the request user is specified under the request user field or its empty there as well?

Best regards.

Yes the requested user show up on the help desk list but it does not for the list for the supervisors, \my supervisors do not see it unless they click on the service request, they would have to click through allot before they see the the persons name they are looking for if they dont have the service request number.

Paul, try customizing the helpdesk list and remove the requested user field. After you verify that it is removed go back to customization and add it back.

did that, no good.... it is only on the view of a supervisor when they list the tickets and there is no way to make changed to that form.

Now I see what is going on. When a department supervisor opens requests submitted from their employees that they supervise they don't see the name of the requester. SAME PROBLEM HERE!!!!

Hey techguy.
As I wrote above, this is a known issue, and it will be resolved in a future patch, but we are still not sure when it will be released.

When it will be released, I will update this post.
