Customize

Introduction

SysAid is very flexible: almost any module, form, list or feature can be adapted to your own specific needs. You can add or remove fields, redefine your forms and interface, or adjust your translation of the system quickly, with only a few clicks. Whenever you see the cogwheel icon on the top menu bar, this means the page is customizable. Note that to customize lists that use the new UI, you must click the icon.

Important: Only administrators with the SysAid Administrator privilege will see the cogwheel icon and be able to access the main Customize menu.
