I cannot get the Intergration with Active Directory to work

I use the LDAP Wizard and use the inforation provide.

LDAP host name - certifiacationdc.sysaid.com
Port - 389
User Name - attendee
password - ***
Domain - cert

I get the error "Exception while checking configuration".

Can you please tell us what is the exact error that you are receiving when clicking on "check settings"? a screenshot will also be great.

I got a message from Joseph Zargari that this problem was due to a typo in the instructions.

The Host name in the instructions was certifiacation.sysaid.com and it should have been certification.sysaid.com.

When I used that hostname everything works fine.

Hi Rob,

I have the same problem, but, when changed "certificationdc.sysaid.com" to "certification.sysaid.com" shows : Error: Exception while checking configuration: certification.sysaid.com:389

Can help me please...
