I have configured my sysaid system to accept emails and turn them into Service Requests.

The problem I'm running into is frequently, people will paste some sort of HTML into an email (a table is the most frequent) which SysAid then mangles into plain text.

Is there a way I can enable HTML so the table will be readable within sysaid?
