Please use this file to fix the problem of characters displayed in a wrong way:
? = \u00e9
? = \u00e8
In addition, this file include all the latest changes that were done in this release.

Hello ,
Happy to see that i am not the only french sysaid user.
This file is not working also. I tried it and i have always the same problem in displaying caracters.
An example of what i have :
0 demandes de support actives vous ayant �t� assign�es.
From my point of view and what i use here when i developpe any software, when i use utf-8 encoding system, there is not any need to encode once again all french caracters, because utf-8 can show them with out any problem.
Thanks to see this problem and provoide us as soon as possible the correcte translation file. If so we wont be able to use sysaid version 5.5.05.

Ci joint les paramètres que j'ai appliqués sur les préférences de langue et encodage
Par défaut il était sur French (France)
En passant le paramètre sur French ça a fonctionné

Maintenant le français marche avec le nouveau patch 5.5.06, justement ils ont corrigé ce problème du français.

J'ai essayé de mettre tous les fichiers de langue Fr sur le forum mais ça ne marche toujours pas

malgré le passage en 5.5.0.6 et l'installation du fichier mentionné plus haut utf_fr mais rien n'y fait.
avez vous une idée ??

Did you make sure to set the Encoding to Unicode (utf-8) in both Preferences > My Settings and Preferences > Account Defaults ??

Yes, i use UTF 8 encoding in bot preference.
i have open a case;
On the free version i applied patch and everything was okay.
Then i tried with full version but failed to get it work with french language.....
We are about to buy your product and just waiting for help on support team.

We are currently investigating why this issue is happening, and I will be glad if you can open a service request on this issue by sending us an email to helpdesk@ilient.com with the screenshots of the characters issue, and my settings and account defaults.
This will greatly assist us is resolving this issue

I modified the file above by switching any "\u00xx" with it's equivalent ASCII character and change the encoding for French (fr-ios-8859-1) in my profile and the default profile and it's working fine for me.
If anyone want to try it... here is the file (It's called fr_ca because I'm from canada but I was using the generic french file above so the traduction is the same)

Here is a french translation file. I modified few words (syntax errors). I use it with encoding UTF-8 / French. And I use the version 5.6.10
I added some missing translation (In french= Parametres/ Paramètres du service de support)
I don't know if it will help someone..

Recently I can use this file resource for language translation. I can easily translate my language. Generally I can use online language translation service for language translation process. I can get many benefit from them.

J'ai uploader le patch français comme indiqué : Préférences, translate, sélection du fichier et upload mais rien ne se passe.
J'ai soit passé une étape soit j'ai trop bu ....
