We have tasks that need to be completed on a schedule, say every quarter or every month.

Is it possible to set something up like that?

Hi CarlH,

In order to perform the task you are asking for you need to have the Task & Project module.
In order to schedule a task please go to Task\Projects > Tasks > create a new one and set the notification you want.
