Hello everyone I Need help regarding of how to present some reports:
1.report of how many SR's has reassigned.
2.report of OPEN SR's that breached the SLA
3.report of how many SR's has resolved without reassign.
4.report of reoccurring incidents(SR's that users open of a specific incident that reoccur on a specific period of time).
5.report of the approach routes to the service desk (mail, portal , est.)

In addition I will be glad to hear if any of you guys try the CTI module and what are your impression
10x a lot for any help on that issues

Sorry you did not receive a reply before, are you signed up for the pathfinders program yet with a valid maintenance contract? because in Version 7 there is a nice new report wizard and a whole new SLA management module that you can try until june 24th

I'm realy happy for your response ,I use your custom reports and find them very usefull
...so 10x for that to
I didn't signed up for the pathfinders program,I wait for the official software upgrade at the end of this month
within the list of reports is their anything i can get on this current release?
what about the CTI module have you tried it?

Hello, this nice new report wizard does not work very well. Any activity report can not get the start time, end time, or total time. So why have it?

i have a question.
Undery sysaid were we are monitoring the servers. We have servers with full green next to them and we have servers with just a green cirle white in the middle. I have also servers that show last time they udated was a couple months ago. need to understand why this is happening.

aslo when i run the report it shows the last time teh servers were contacted were 6 months ago. all the other servers show the correct date.
