Please recreate the issue and send us the updated logs folders and files: ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs folder (zipped) ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\conf\serverConf.xml ...\SysAidServer\tomcat\logs ...\SysAidServer\logs\wrapper.log Looking forward to your response.
