A couple of weeks ago I started getting an error message every time I tried to connect to a computer using Remote Control. It used to work just fine and I can't think of anything that's changed, but now when I connect the user gets a message on the client machine saying "Another instance of SysAid RCC is already running". At first I thought it was because I hadn't properly terminated a connection on the PC in question but even after a reboot this still happens, and it's happening on PCs I've never RC'ed before. I don't think I can RC to any computers anymore!
