I am recommending that we move forward with the full in-house edition of SysAid and need to get some references to assist in this approval. Can you please give me your feedback (personal or public) regarding your experiences with SysAid as your help desk solution?

we chose sysaid for several reasons:-
It is so easily adaptable to your own environment with its translation tab and custom fields and easy to change the layout
Beacuse it uses SQL or many other database formats, it was easy to transfer our existing data from another system
Flexible Reporting
The pricing model was reasonable (so many on the market are over-priced)
Many of the alternatives we looked at were too restricted or too complicated, I picked up sysaid in minutes and had it looking the way we want in no time at all
And now it has got even better, with Oded onboard looking after the development of the product, the company is being more open about feature requests and realy listening to what their users want, so few companies do this.
This forum is a great development from them too, they have come a long way in a short time.
